A modern innovation for a timeless need, NYC-based startup Jabbrrbox officially launches JabbrrX —IoT workbooths for the increasingly mobile workforce—at NeoCon 2018. Designed to be used in a wide range of open and semi-public spaces including building lobbies, hotels, conferences and venues, retail stores, transit hubs, the “space as service” solution is an on-demand consumer amenity. Users are able to access the JabbrrX in 30 minute increments ($15/30 min), with a door passcode and Wi-Fi password provided at the time of reservation.The perfect environment for on-the-go work, wellbeing, and on-demand privacy, JabbrrX delivers acoustically-sound, private eco-systems with free, reliable, and secure Wi-Fi and a photobooth app, with expansions including Bluetooth connectivity, screen-sharing capabilities, a camera for video conference calls and in-booth speakers for music and hands-free calling.

At NeoCon, the IoT workspaces will be available for use in Jabbrrbox’s 7th floor space (7-3082), as well as adjacent to Marshall’s Landing on the second floor of the Mart, where it will be permanently installed. Eight of the new connected JabbrrX units are currently installed in New York’s LaGuardia Central Terminal B, a major hub that sees over 15 million travelers annually. These airport-specific units include flight-tracking abilities and airport terminal maps for travelling customers.
