Healthy Environments

The Healthy Environments carpet and hard surface collection is inspired by the alluring, soothing colors of the many species found in the desert Southwest. Access to nature and biophilic design in interior finishes has been proven to help ease patient anxiety and improve staff quality of life. Using organic colors and designs, Healthy Environments creates spaces that not only look beautiful, but also contributes to making the world a better place.

Healthy Environments is comprised of a 2mm thick, 20 mil heterogeneous sheet in four patterns and 16 colorways, and a carpet plank in three patterns and 30 colorways. Through the biophilic design of the collection, Mohawk Group seeks to influence the health and productivity of people within healthcare spaces. This collection strives to bring nature in a way that is sophisticated and contributes to the overall setting, consistent with the fundamentals of biophilia.
